Responsibilities:  Managing the Northeast Region (consisting of 10 states), overseeing the Microwave Audit for the FCC license renewal project at AT&T. The daily tasks were processing the comparison reconciliations for over 2000 microwave sites data to be submitted for new FCC licensing, conducting daily conference calls regarding progress of each Vendor Auditor to National AT&T PMO (in Atlanta, Georgia), maintaining SITERRA uploads, manage CASPR Milestones forecast and actual twice weekly, meeting daily with vendor PM’s to provide project guidance and regional support.

Responsibilities:  Managing the Milwaukee WI Market for Site Acquisition of 350 new build Microwave sites for Clear Wire., overseeing the Site Acq and A/E and construction teams for the upcoming CLEARWIRE Network being installed in Wisconsin and Minnesota markets The daily tasks were conducting daily conference calls with CLEARWIRE PMO, Vendors and Carriers on Leasing, Zoning status, and NTP’s for Construction of the sites in the Designated Rings by Clear wire Microwave Engineering.

Responsibilities: Senior Project Manager - San Francisco Bay Market. Chief Project Financial Manager for 2300 New and Complex Overlay GSM / UMTS Micro / Macro sites in the Northern California region. General Dynamics Corp., Regional Operations Manager: 9/01 to 11/03.

Responsibilities: Operation management of General Dynamic’s field and engineering operations under the General Dynamics Navy Marine Corps Intranet Contract (400 million dollar project). Orchestrating base wide detailed engineering designs and conducting site surveys. Network ISP/OSP implementation using air blown fiber and copper infrastructure for the Pentagon and National Capital Region bases following BICSI standards and secret and top-secret military communications infrastructure codes. Attending daily meetings with Department of Defense engineering, assuring quality production milestones were on track and meeting the strict time line target date, while catering to all of the customer’s needs and changes during the design and implementation phase of the NMCI contract.

Key Achievements: Selected and successfully managed an elite team directly after 9/11 to immediately upgrade Naval and Marine command telecommunications in the National Capitol Region for the impending invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.

Responsibilities:  Management, design, Installation of cutting edge technology from Lockheed Martin for the United States Postal Service. My duty was to supervise and assemble high-speed package sorters on a stringent national contract and utilize precision engineering, electronic troubleshooting, pneumatics and electro-mechanics.

Key Achievement:  I successfully managed government projects for high profile projects such as the US Postal Service FSM 1000.
